I just talked to a gal at work (I just got a new assignment to a court and community High School, the kids have all been kicked out of regular High School) who was fighting with another girl. They (security) sat her in my office to separate her from the other girl and wait for her ride. As I talked to her and listened and Shared my own experiences I came to find out she just got saved at my church 2 months ago Praise God a door was OPENED WIDE to freely speak!!! This is so God. I learned though our conversation that she is a Meth user since she was 13 (shes now 15) and all of her bad behaviour was a result (she didnt even realize it) from her sexual abuse by mom's ex boyfriend. It lasted for a year. She was Schizophrenic and Borderline Bipolar, She got pregnant at 14 (I dont know who from) and carried her child for 4 months not knowing how long her baby had passed away. She had to deliver it. On top of all of that her father has always been a Meth addict and going to prison this month for an Armed Robery he did to support his habit. I say all this to just say this......
Sexual Abuse produces so many other things in an abused child's life.
The acting out and boyfriends and teen pregnancies and drug abuse is sometimes (not all the time) a direct result of a deep pain they have endured. And dont be so quick to pass judgement on the abusers too.... 80% of the time they are the abused child 10+ years later.....
