Sue,

I'm not telling this early in the game!

Does anyone else want to guess or comment?

there seems to be a cross in the sky, along with a host of angels singing "hallelujah"... am I right?

Good Morning Jay,

The cross jumps out at those who have eyes to see!

Thanks

Sue, Birdie, Mike & Vicki -

I enjoyed all the comments. And Mike, you saw something I didn't but I like to think you are right. The cross is central and surely angels ARE in the clouds singing hallelujah for this amazing gift of God's love to mankind.

Elsewhere someone saw the gold at the bottom as the streets of heaven paved in gold.

Thank you all for sharing in the joy of this photo.

Carebear -

Thanks for your comment. This photo was taken by my prayer partner and friend Jean Eastes in the Texas Hill Country where we both live, west of San Antonio.

We see some awesome sunrises and sunsets here and other formations in the sky as the weather changes (click here). It's one of the things I love about living here. Previously I lived surrounded by woods, which was nice, but the trees were so tall I couldn't see the sky.

What a beautiful combination!  A Cross and a Sunset, both showing us the Glory of the Lord.  It is humbling that the God who is majestic to create that kind of beauty, powerful enough to keep all the planets in order, to not only know me but want a daily dialog with me and is involved in the small details of life.

Thanks for sharing this picture.
