| Lessons in Yarn Once Again! |

Most of you know that I am believing and standing firm that my blessing in a job is coming. It has been a LONG year and 5 months, but the God of all Grace has been there with me through it all and has sustained me. He is so Faithful. So I have started to pack all my stuff, and prepare, just in case I have to move for the job God promised me. Well in this establishment I set my bed catty-corner and threw all my yarn behind the brass bed frame. You know for watching television or sitting at the computer I could have it readily available to knit my happy hands away. Well some of the yarn is still wound up in its original form, some is wound up in a ball by me, and some is in-tangled in a messy knot. This reminded me of the people of God. Some of us are still original, some of us are re-spun by God and some of us are still going through our messes with the deliverance of God's Grace. 5:10 And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, establish, and strengthen you. Eventually, I came upon this one skein of yarn it is brownish and thick in size. I bought it to make hair on a doll for my daughter. As I was straightening it out, I felt like I was going to lose my ever loving mind. Loops and tangles and just a flat out mess was making me pull my hair out. For a LONG period of time, I didn't see an end to start the ball to rolling. Then I started to think that it may have been one of those fancy skeins of yarn that didn't have an end, but then I remembered I used it. LOL. Finally, I saw a cut end and I saw some hope in this mess. Isn't that how it is with our deserts, valleys, trials, temptations and struggles. Finally, you see that glimse of hope and you just Praise Him and His Faithfulness. When you see that glimpse of hope then you realize how perfect His plan and timing is and you wouldn't change a thing.
1:2 Count it all joy, my brethren, when you meet various trials, 1:3 for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. 1:4 And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. God just takes us to a point were we become perfect and complete & lacking nothing. Even despite of ourselves.
So be ecouraged my friends out there in the desert, yours and my blessings ARE coming. Even that long awaited job. BTW... if you feel led to PRAY my big 4th interview is TUESDAY June 2nd from 9am till 2pm with 4 people in Augusta, Georgia. |

Becky, if the job is promised, then why pray for it? 4th interview? If you were not going to get the job you would have been turned down after the first interview. Just thank God that you are already working there! I remember once when I had an interview for a job. I was one of many candidates and the interviewer asked if I had any questions. I told him that before he decided to place the ad in the local paper, I was already working there. I eventually got the job! |

PJ sorry I just KNOW that prayer works miracles and I want all sides covered. Sometimes my mouth speaks before I think and I SCREW UP THE INTERVIEW. NOT GOD and His Grace and desire to bless me. Cool about your situation, I guess my faith is growing into a full size mustard seed as I reach to touch Jesus' cloak. BTW I printed off those blogs you told me to for the hotel time.
