Everyone, we are in a position where we really need to purchase a home; here's the deal.  We have 7 1/2 acres of land on a beautiful river in thick forest.  We want to keep this land as our retirement, and now there is a house that we are interested in buying in town; it's 3 bdrm 21/2 bath.  It seems nice, and we are excited about it.  Please be in prayer for us as to what we should do.  The home we live in is a 1978 single wide which has served it's purpose well, but it's really, really, I mean REALLY, tired.  We've got to get into a larger, more healthy home for our family.  Our only other option is to purchase a double-wide, dig a well, etc.  Meanwhille, we could get this home in town and live there and when Derek's parents decide to sell their house and land (adjoining our land) we could buy their house and land.  Then we'd have a great retirement.  Please pray that God would continue to show us (as has through the years) when to make a decision on all this.
