As we see in Matthew 28:7, the angel tells the women to go forth and spread the word that Jesus has risen from the dead and this still applies today, go forth and spread the word and if you do your reward will be eternal life. We as Christians are supposed to turn our lives to Christ and go forth and spread the word of the LORD. If we do this John 3:15 says, " that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." NKJV. Post your thoughts on this.
28:5 But the angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid; for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. 28:6 He is not here; for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay. 28:7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples that he has risen from the dead, and behold, he is going before you to Galilee; there you will see him. Lo, I have told you." |
