I will be in VBS this week so you may not hear from me as much.....I thought I might share some good news with ya. Just count the times Jesus says, "Fear not." Fear can immobize us and even cause us to lash out against others. We fear what we do not understand, and we fear people differerent from us. It could be said that to fear is really perhaps a sin. It is the anti-thesis of Faith...Dont' worry be happy. Count your blessings and that includes the friends God has placed in our lives. FEAR NOT! It is a command of God and how much better our lives would be without fear! Love to all and have a blessed Sabbath. Pray for our VBS this week and that we touch the many lives of many children! Love in Christ, Pastor Chuck. PS Remember to pray for the upcoming Mission Trip. Many of our Friends will be on to Kenya! PC28:5 But the angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid; for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. 28:6 He is not here; for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay. 28:7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples that he has risen from the dead, and behold, he is going before you to Galilee; there you will see him. Lo, I have told you." |
