| Call on the name of the LORD. Not any "lord", not a false "god". Call upon THE LORD! |

2:21 And it shall be that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.' Let's get this in context. On the day of Pentacost, when the Holy Spirit fell on all the Believers gathered in with one accord, in one place, the Believers were speaking in different tongues, and those who observed them thought they were drunk.
Peter stood and explained to those watching, and thinking them to be drunk, what was going on:
17 ‘ And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.
18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
And they shall prophesy.
19 I will show wonders in heaven above
And signs in the earth beneath:
Blood and fire and vapor of smoke.
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness,
And the moon into blood,
Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the LORD.
21 And it shall come to pass
That whoever calls on the name of the LORD
Shall be saved.’
We are clearly beginning to see the signs of Birth Pangs as
we are in "The Last Days". As the world grows darker, and
men become more fearful, we must be Salt & Light, and
proclaim the Gospel, so that we acurately testify who
the LORD, the one True God really is! That way, those who
are fearful, and searching can call upon God; the One True God!
If they call on the name of the LORD, they will be saved!
If we who know Him call upon His name, He is faithful & will
answer. He will deliver us out of all our troubles and hide us
in His Secret Place! Psalm 34, and Psalm 91.
