But usually it is the deacon board that are giving these criticisms. ;)

Zach, maybe your sermons can be given in Greek!!

I like the last one best, but they are all great.

#10 is my favorite... and let's have the Pastor critique each member’s presentation: publicly, privately, via email, bulletin board and blog!!!

I got a laugh from this but on the serious side there is sadly truth here. I had a friend that I emailed this to that replied with the statement, "My church isn't far from inplamenting #2". (Ankle bracelets) No she does not attend C3 PTL! I did send her the invitation to start doing so.
As Davethepastor points out sometimes these criticsms come from within the ranks of the leadership. These matters need to be approched with the utmost of Christian maturity from both sides. Dealing with any of these issues is never easy but for me its all about how can God be glorified and honored. Inner-church feuds never accomplish that.
We all need to pray for our pastors and leaders. Satan uses criticsms to tear down and discourage them. God can use us to help encouage them and build unity in our churches. All of our churches can use more of that don't you think?
