When we are "born-again", we are born anew in the spirit.

We must leave behind old rules and notions.

Not entirely, because we are still flesh and blood.

But when we are born anew, we take on a new personage, the spirit become more dominate.

 When we realize that we are living now what we have hoped for, we are free to live in Christ.

There are two sets of Laws, and they do war within us.

There is the carnal Laws, and the spiritual Laws.

We do have to fight this war in our mind and heart.

The Laws have rules that either tie us down or set us free, and when we fight we have to choose which set we will use in each battle.

Neither of these Laws are bad, just as the laws of relativity is neither bad or good, it is just a law.

We can choose to fight with the Law of life, or the Law of death.

One Law gives life, the other brings death.
