| My, Where Does The Time Go |

In Truth,... time is not going anywhere. Time as we know it is set. God whom lives in eternity created time for man. It is set,... motionless before Him while you and I move through it. It was created with a precise beginning and end. God, whom is free to move in and out of it as He so pleases, allows us to move in only one direction and that toward the end He set precisely for each one. He is the Alpha and the Omega, The First and the last and He has been where you are going before you even begin. But friends,... our movement through time is quicker than you believe. By the time you are 30 years old, you will look back at how quickly you got there and begin to realize it's not a long time at all. As you get even older, you will see it even shorter yet.
Many of you will reach the end of your time before you think and then you will move into eternity where there are only two places for you to exist.
Your spirit never will die,... it is eternal and so right now is the time to decide where you will spend all of eternity. Please consider this today.

This I stumble upon as I am facing my father's terminal illness and thoughts of those gone and those little grands of mine who seemingly have so much life ahead of them. We don't ever know. Yesterday, Sarah got the news her 26 year old cousin in Mississippi, went to bed and did not wake up....on earth...but somewhere, he is still very much alive in spirit. I do not know his name or if he was saved. It is just a reminder. We never know. I have gray hair. Some won't ever see a gray hair on their heads. We must get the gospel out there. To the babes and to the elderly in the nursing homes. To the soccer moms and the violinist and those who live next door or we meet in 7-11.
We must live this and show our Lord in our walk so they will want to have what we have. I love you too dearheart. You have blessed me hugely. |
