I'm thankful for change.  If God had not changed me I would not be on MyChurch writing poetry, encouraging , praying and giving hope to someome that may be on the same journey as I.  My change is having others bless me  and haveing an opened heart to receive it.
God's major change in me is a more loving and lovable Woman of God.  I just got finish listen to Joyce Myers on TV and she preached about change, how divine.

The biggest change in my life today is starting over with nothing but with everything.  God's favor and His faithfulness, His Love and His Promise all have a different meaning in my life and that's an AMAZING CHANGE.

What if we MEN decided to change the word of God (The Bible?) do we think that we are better than God? I dont think so, God is the same yesterday, today and forever....HE NEVER CHANGES! am I right?

Praise God, Terry!! An awesome testimony is building!

Crystal, sometimes change is CONFUSING!! I admit it! But patience can come if we are willing to submit to God's Spirit in us! Understanding can come too, if we are willing to wait for it. :-)

Amen Todd.

Stu, you are right bro. (It seems like you are trying to say something more?)

Thanks to everyone for reading. We are blessed here! Amen? Will we let the Deceiver convince us otherwise??

Works in progress. Us and the site! lol

I had to ask for a couple things b/c you have not b/c you ask not, but if they don't do them, no biggy---I'll still be here.  I feel rather sorry for those who are doing this site b/c we seem to foam at the mouth whenever they change things--and some don't, but love it.  So the conclusion?  You can't please everyone, honey! lol  Whatever. I adjust to the changes.

Thank You Father that we are new creations through Christ's shed blood.
Should we allow the change of the site get us upset? is this a ploy to disrupt
the harmony of God's people  Lord show us how we should react  Amen

God is bigger than all of the changes that have been made. Amen!!!?
It can be frustrating as it seems like we get use to one change & then it changes again. However, I do believe that if the Holy Spirit wants you to connect with someone on this site or if there is a particular blog the Lord wants me (you) to read--He makes it happen. I can't tell you how many times I've "stumbled" across a blog or opened a beautiful graphic from a friend and it was exactly what I needed to read/see @ that moment on that day! God's timing is perfect. He is in Control. We as the body of Christ represent Him & if we are using myChurch as a forum to do so then I have no doubt that God is omnipresent & will guide, direct, lead those in charge as well as all of us on this site. It is about our King Jesus--not us & if it becomes about anyone or anything else--God will take care of it. He is Just & He is Faithful. Don't let the enemy still the godly gifts you bestow on this site. Don't let the enemy still the joy/comfort/love/encouragement/inspriation you receive from your family-in-Christ on this site. I'm not "computer savy" but out of love & desire for my King & family/friends on myChurch--I will work through it. He is Worth it and so are all of you. Much Love & Prayers to you all...

May I present the analogy of the catipillar and the butterfly?  What about the  morula, blastula, etc. giving rise to the embryo (Human),  infant, toddler to adult?  Change is not only good, it is imperative!

WOW, Mike, I really liked that one, I wonder why?  My change was, (you know) having to leave the church after 8 years to go to a different church. I say that change is good, even if we don't like it, if it is God's will. If it is not God's will, it would not be a good change. In our case we knew it was time to find a church closer to home, even though we miss everyone., oh yeah, and we were also invited to the church picnic, so I hope you will be attending.

(behind on comments, oh dear!)

Toni, we will be there! And it is still strange not seeing you guys at church!  I also agree w/your thoughts on change. :-)

Megan (WolfChild)- I will take a look at it.

Joey...all that stuff! :-)

Panda, Mary(stovall2003), Penny(JoyfulServant), Liz .... THANK YOU for letting me know you read and enjoyed :-)

Ken, don't know what a blastula is, or a morula...but that's ok, I get what you're saying about change.  And even when we don't think we're changing, we're changing (growing older). Right? Can't stop changing!

Teri, wonderful, wonderful comment! God's leading is gentle, sometimes subtle, like the shepherd's leading of a baby lamb. (Actually I don't have a clue how a shepherd leads a baby lamb, but it seems like it should be gentle, doesn't it?)

Anyway, great comment, thanks!!

Lara, comment appreciated! Yes the tone of some of the comments in response to the changes on the site does conjure images of angry animals......

once again Mike strikes a nice balance.  Change is often good even when it hurts as it sometimes does when God is prompting the change in us.

I sooooooooooooo totally agree with you Mike which makes me feel like I am on the right path, lol....I have such huge trust in your thoughts...just leave me a bread crumb trail. I was a miraculous change! From who I was,to who I am, and to who I want to be! These changes to me are not an isssue because I didn't know how to use myChurch that well anyway. Now , maybe we are all on even ground again...:o)

Also, just a thought: you are at a company to pick up a load. It has to be a perfect mixture of materials to meet an exact requirement. Once you check in, you have to wait until you are loaded with the perfect blend before you can leave. There are only vending machines that accept change, no dollars or plastic. No lunchroom or chow wagons (roach coaches) to get food from. The loads can take more than a day or two before it is ready to ship. What is the moral of the story?? Change is good!   Hee Haw   ( this happened to me once. I learned, I tell ya.)

So Mike, you'll have to correct me when you get back (unless you've changed)

What you are saying is

"Change is good.  Down with stars!" :)

(I think that deserves a star!)

Recently I attended a seminar for 25 days and the summary of the seminar was the following

1. Share the Gospel

2. Appeal for a verdict when you are sharing the Gospel

3. Have a shift in your paradigm ( have a change in your view for a particular solution)

I think what mychurch team tried to do here is the same. So though I dont like to have changes, it is agreed that we must be open to new ideas and changes.

I congratulate the mychurch team for the changes and I also congratulate the users for adapting to the changes.

Great read there Mike. I am not to sure if I fully like the changes here or not, but it seems like we are going to have to learn to just deal with it so to speak, I know that it will be a pain in the rear, but what else can be done?  I sometimes wonder if change is a good thing or not, but then again I wouldn't be who I am today without the changes that I've had in my life time.  I am hoping that they will bring back the memo's or some sort of change like it, because I've noticed as I am certain that you have that people use it for non-prayer reasons, was it put there for that reason, I doubt it and am hoping that it will become something better, if you know what I mean. Longest blog comment from me to date, wow.

PS I hope that mychurch doesn't turn into a dating site, blah.
