| Seeking the Mind of Christ |
|
| |
We are all ever learning, for HIS mind we seek. I love this quote in Romans. 11:33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable [are] his judgments, and his ways past finding out! 11:34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor? We all have to come to Him with an open heart, because when we come as dried clay, un-mold-able, He can't use us. Even when we know that we know that we know something, we must understand that we don't know the mind of God. When we finally come to realize that Christ came for the sick, the weak, the SINNER, we realize that He came for us ALL. But when we get to the point that we start looking down on the lost, because they are gay, drug users, pimps, prostitutes, wife-beaters, and even molesters, then we have come to be just like the Pharisees that Christ came AGAINST! |

I was thinking late one night, about 4:00am....
We are no better than anyone else. In fact, we are a mere microscopic dot in the spectrum of the universe. So why should we ever think that for a moment, that we can judge, or look down our noses at another human being?
We can't! We shouldn't! Ever!!!!!
In fact, we are darned fortunate and all of should be rejoicing that we have such a BIG God, that He is willing to LOVE us unconditionally.
I am insignificant. God is magnificent! - Joey |

[star!] | I am no better than anyone else, that's for sure. However I do ask for prayer because I am still struggeling with certain issues. I don/t judge, But I question someones motives alot. Is that sin? |

[star!] | If questioning someone's motives comes between you and God, yes. Then again maybe it is God telling you to "watch out here". Discernment works well. |

Joey we are so insignificant, that God himself, came to earth, for the sole purpose of becoming our *blood sacrifice. Actually, humans were never insignificant, for we are created above the angels. Thanks for the [star!] crystal .. we are no better than the drunkard lying in his vomit at the corner. When the Lord sees us, all He sees is the blood of Christ. More on that later.... as to questioning someones motives, look to the scriptures, Christ was constantly questioning motives. It is what matters. Thanks for the [star!] Tim Walters, thanks for the [star!] AMEN Destiny Diadem, we should always be seeking to learn of Him and thanks for the [star!] |
