Especially when you consider that FEWER than half the people make way MORE than half the money in this country. Yikes!

I did not have the priviledge of getting to listen to Pastor Rogers long. I was blessed by him before he passed away and by God using him to speak to me personally! The station that he was on now broadcast someone else. One day, I'll be able to talk face to face with Bro. Adrian and tell him myself how much he meant to me. Amen.

Last I checked they were still showing Sunday mornings here in Dallas; I too am blessed by God through Adrian. Sometimes I do listen to him online just because...

I also have a devotional written by Pastor Rodgers which when I read I can hear him speak because I did hear him say those things. It makes me think how it must have been for Peter, John and all the disciples who physically saw and heard Jesus speak. So when the Holy Spirit came and spoke to them they recognized His voice as they had seen and heard Him. I must remind myself that it is God speaking through His servants...love to you all.

Got that right. Doesn't the word say that if a man doesn't work, he doesn't eat?
And if a man doesn't provide for his family, he is worse than an infidel?
Just think, this would take care of the problem. To many handouts and not enough to hand out.

How did I miss this yesterday? Great quote. I see both sides happening in my own family--those who sacrificed for an education and now work and pay their bills, and who are capable of working, but are content to let others pay their way and always have their hands out. Makes me want to jerk a knot in 'em a mile wide!

Crystal, scripture does tell us that he who does not work does not eat. And Beverly, I hadn't really thought about it dividiing a family; thank you for sharing that insight.
