Dave, I continue to pray for and celebrate with you. I hope you find a church to call home, we all need a body of believers to surround ourselves with, fellowship with, and generally partner in the Christian life. The 24/7 Christian life, as in Sun thru Sat. I know many Christians don't carry their Christianity out much farther than Sunday, that's sad. One key word to maybe look for in a church is "small groups", or cell groups, or house church, etc. The church that is intentional about relationships is a good one, IMHO. (As long as they don't have any wacky theology going on there!)  ~mike

Dave, everyday we all have to pick up our cross and follow Him. Thanks for sharing some of your walk. I will be praying for your decisions.

Thanks for the comments it's probably as simple as willingness to step out of my comfort zone.

Let's see, fighting addiction, stopping smoking, praying for the people in hte projects ! Wow, I wish my comfort zone was as wide as yours ! Praying for you brother. By the way, you also might want to start praying about areas of spiritual warfare, I know TH's history, it used to be a major center for witchcraft in the '70's. Try the following link for a balanced approach to the subject. Chip Ingram has a good handle on it, and even though my background is a bit more radical, he's found some good stuff.

Dennis, I don't remember recommending that one to you! :)   (Oneplace is a great place to start though for podcasts)

God is Good.  All the Time... And all the time God is good.  God loves us even though we aren't perfect.
