'In the army if you do not know the strategys of your enemy you will be defeated. " I get it. Amen. The enemy is organized and prepared. We must do the same. We are in constant battle. Father, help everyone in our homes to see this.

The Word of God says that we are to be as cunning as a snake and as gentle as a dove because that is the simple strategy that the enemy uses daily, and he has so much patients he can wait for you all day long until you go AWOL and then he will strike because you have not rested in the battle you left the battle and your protection because you saw something that distracted you.

AWESOME Blog Marcia my warrior sister

All we have to remember is that the devil has copied everything that God has so if we read, the book of strategy "God's Word" we have VICTORY in every battle, we have that anyway because He hs given it to us.

Very good blog, Marcia. Remember, Paul told the church at Corinth in his second letter "we are not ignorant of his devices". Keep the sword sharp. He also told Timothy to "be ready in season and out".  You just never know when satan will raise his ugly head up. Be blessed and encouraged.

I heard a saying the other day.  One of the reasons a baby cries when it is first born - is because its seperated from its Maker.  Putting that into life experience.  Although going through boot-camp experiences that test us to the max, the older people get - the closer they get, because they know they're going back to their Maker.  And I think that is one of the reasons why they'll be no more tears in Heaven.  Its because they've been reunited from something they were seperated from.

Amen Sister! I just have a question though Marcia, its more of an observation. When you use the name of God you write it as G-d, is there a reason for this? I am just interested. Love Stu!

Oh Stu,

One day, I just suddenly began to do this because I think of the Creator of this universe as soooo huge, that any language just does not do justice to the way I feel about Him.  I sometimes call Him Father, especially when I need to sit on his lap to have a little discussion about life or when I need to speak to Him in prayer (smile).

But you know what, G-d is neither male nor female.  I observed that Jesus Christ, when He walked this planet called Him (Father), because he was human at the time, even though He is G-d. Imagine G-d creating a human being in Himself just so that He can come down here to teach us how to do things so that we can be blessed and so that we can have this relationship with Him.  How much love is that huh?.  It is just too much for words.

I do not know how else to explain it. How can one express themselves to this omnipotent, omnificient, wonderful, Creator of ALL things?

I love you my brother in Christ.

Stu, I have a friend that is a Messianic Jew. He does the same thing. I asked him one day why he did that. He told he that his particular believe is that it would be blaspheming His name because we as humans are so..... "undone" I think is the word he used, really not worthy. He can say the name, just don't spell it out.
Marcia, you just keep on keepin' on sista.
