Letter to the Manufacturer,
I have some concerns about your product. First, I must say that I appreciate the transportation you have allowed me to ride in this vessel, yet, I do have some concerns about the design, feel and performance on this product.
I have the 74 flesh luxury model, black receded top, brown exterior, two leg drive, power steering, spiritual radio, fully loaded fall line, Smith plant. While this vehicle has been a blessing, it has begun to show signs of wear and tear and the performance has diminished.
The vehicle that I have seems to be extra sensitive and prone to handle some of the curves the wrong way. Often times, when I am on straight roads, the vehicle seems to drift to the left, and I find myself on the shoulder of the road, fighting to get back on the hard top. Last week, I went out for a leisure drive in the evening, and my power steering failed. I was headed north, and the vehicle began pulling hard left, and before I knew it, I had made a u-turn and was headed back in the direction I just left.
Also, the vehicle seems out of control at times. I was driving last week, with both hands on the wheel, and accidentally pushed the cruise control button. My engine revved really high, and I was unable to slow down the vehicle or control it, even though I could see on coming traffic and danger ahead. It’s as thought the vehicle ignores my commands and goes on to some type of auto pilot, and leaves me powerless to disengage its control.
Two weeks ago, the cabin fogged up to such a level that I couldn’t see the road. I read the manual and pushed the on-spirit button to make direct communication with the spiritual operator, but the line was either busy, or I was in a position where my signal couldn’t get through. Because of this lack of visibility, I found myself stranded on the side of the road, yet again.
I do want to reiterate my complete appreciation for giving me the opportunity to ride in your fleet of vehicles, but I thought it only responsible to bring these concerns to your attention.
Thanks again,
Your Servant
