Judge, Jury, Criticism Or Spiritual Discernment
Greetings My Fellow myChurchers
Could we just pray for everything and everyone we discern so that Father in heaven can change them if necessary? In the book of Matthew Jesus Christ speaks of how to deal with every issue in life. Matthew chapter 5 especially speaks of the blessings that will come to a believer if we follow and act upon what He taught. I need as much blessings as I can get so I will be praying. How about you my friends?
Someone wrote a blog recently about motives. (Why do we do what we do). I wrote this blog to cause all of us to judge ourselves before we look at anyone else. I believe the truth be told, we all have a critical spirit within us and the same ones who write about what they believe they see in others are being judgmental also, (smile). However, if we try to use that "gift" to learn and grow to become more like Jesus Christ, then it will be used to benefit Him alone, and ALL things will then work together for the good to those who are called according to His purpose.
Judge: to give a final opinion or decision, to come to a conclusion, discernment, an opinion.
Criticism: One given to finding fault, to pass judgment.
Heavenly Father, Please forgive me for every idle thought that I have allowed to become a word or an action that was not used for Your Glory. I also ask that you forgive those who do not know You and cannot discern what they may be doing to offend You. Teach us all Your ways Father. I ask this in the name of my precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Amen.

FIX YOUR THOUGHTS ON WHAT IS TRUE AND HONOURABLE AND RIGHT[!!!!] THING ABOUT THINGS THAT ARE PURE AND LOVELY AND ADMIRABLE. THINK ABOUT THINGS THAT ARE EXCELLENT AND PRAISE WORTHY. Keep putting into practice all you learned from me and heard from me and saw me doing, and the God of peace will be with you.
[Finally Brethern] How grateful I am, and how I praise the Lord that you are concerned about me again. I know you have always been concerned about me, but for awhile you didn't have the chance to help me. Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to get along happily whether I have much or little. I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in EVERY situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. For I CAN DO ALL THINGS with the help of Christ who gives me the strength I need. But even so, YOU HAVE [ALL] done well to share with me in my present difficulty [THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!]

| Sister Marcia, Praying is good, we should pray especially for those of the house hold of faith. We should pray for our enemies to be saved. We should pray for the lost that they come to a saving knowledge. Praying is very good. Sometimes open rebuke is better than secret love, if you get someone back on track that's went a little wayward. |

| 0pen rebuke is not for the fainthearted...it is far too often done in a spirit of self righteousness, arrogance and pride....my recollection of the thief, Magdallena, thr centurian, the tax collector...it was not open rebuke that melted their heart...BUT INCARNATE living breathing love personified and projected into the core of their inner beings

Jesus tells us He will send the Holy Spirit to prune, cut and shape us, so that we can bear fruits and that our fruits will remain (John 15) Yet not my will but thine be done Lord! Keep on shaping and pruning Lord OUCH! and burn off the chaff Lord OUCH! When it is all said and done if we all allow the Holy Spirit to do His work, WOW! The WORLD will say these are the disciples of Jesus the Christ because of the love they have for one another! I say let us stick together through thick and thin and let brotherly love be retained by ALL. We are only supposed to encourage each other and many times I believe the Holy Spirit in me grieves when (I) did not pray for the individual but instead just went ahead to admonish in what (I) had percieved to be Spiritual discernment. I ask those of you whom I have offended to please find it in your heart to forgive me. Oh what a wretch I am! Who am I to believe that I know it all? I must hurry back to my first love, when I just believed like a child and did not know too much, I just prayed for everything and left the rest up to the Lord. Now I know what Jesus meant when he admonished the Church to go back to their first love.
Heavenly Father, you said whom You love You chasten and point out faults. I have been chastened by You Lord and again I ask that you please forgive me for even the very thoughts that were not 100% love towards my neighbor. Forgive me for grieving You Lord. It is You alone that is grieved. I repent of any and all wrongdoing and will try to listen very closely to You from now on.
Yes, Cathederalfolk! INCARNATE AGAPE' LOVE living and breathing love is what covers a multitude of sins. Thank G-d it is not too late for me/us to repent. The command Jesus Christ came to give all of humanity is love. That's ALL just love. The only sin is refusing to love our neighbor as ourselves. Thank you for reminding me/us.
