God does indeed give us assurance....isn't it blessed?!? (Get it, Blessed Assurance? lol)

Actually that did not start out as a joke....I happen to love that hymn.  BTW, I also tell my children and friends from time to time, there are NO assurances in scripture for carnal, non-practicing(?) Christians. :-(  But it really doesn't take much to be a practicing Christian!!!
