Don't get caught up in false religion and idols, they will lead you down a path to eternal distruction.  Yahweh, our God, is the only one we need to be worshiping, anything else is a sin.  An idol as in terms we Christians can realate to is something we place infront of serving God, an idol can be football, food, pretty much anything you put in your daily walk with the Lord.  The more time you devote to your idol, the more Satan is enjoying it because he has you deceived and that's where he wants you to be.  The more deception he can use on you, the happier he is and the farther you get out of align with The Father and his will for your life.
