Here's the plan: Sunday, November 1, 2009 Breakfast: 1 c. milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 c frozen berries Lunch: 1 c. milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 c frozen berries Dinner: Not sure yet. Snacks: 1/4 c nuts, 1/3 c unpopped kernals, popped & topped w /1 T coconut oil
Here's what I had: Saturday, October 31, 2009 Breakfast: 1 c. milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 c frozen berries Lunch: 2 slices veggie pizza Dinner: poppy sead muffin Snacks: 4 servings cheese crackers (x 130 cal / serving), bite size snickeres, fun size snickers, 2 2" gummy worms Exercise: I helped at a friend's yard sale so I was moving stuff and on my feet for hours.
Overall not the greatest eating day. I really overate in the snack department and I should have made a better choice for supper. |
