Here's the plan: Monday, November 2, 2009 Breakfast: 1 c. milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 c frozen berries ***I had a pear instead of berries--a proper substitution. Lunch: 1 c. milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 c frozen berries ***I had two serings of Smartfood, 1 1/2 chocolate chip cookies. Dinner: Not sure yet. ***I had 1/2 a large baked potato w/butter & 2 oz lowfat cheese and a bowl of lentil soup. Snacks: not sure of first snack, 1/3 c unpopped kernals, popped & topped w /1 T coconut oil ***I had a blueberry scone, two scoops of ice cream, a slice of homemade ww toast w/ butter Exercise: I will walk at least two miles ***I walked 3 miles.
***I played with my food all day. I should have gotten on track after lunch, but did not. |
