17:26 And he made from one man every nation of men to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their habitation, Can we really believe all this in today's world? Granted, there are many questions that remain unanswered in the quest to harmonize the sciences. Theology was once considered to be a science. But, some answers are closer than many unbelievers would like to admit. Two separate research groups, one at Stanford University and the other at the University of Arizona, showed ten years ago that humans descended not only from one woman, but also from one man. He is called Y chromosomal "Adam" and current theories speculate that he lived in Africa. Later research may come closer to harmonizing the garden of Eden, presumably somewhere near Iraq, and scientific curiosity. |
