Here's the plan: Tuesday, November 3, 2009 Breakfast: 1 c. milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 c frozen berries or other fruit Lunch: 1 slice homemade ww bread w/2 oz lowfat cheese and a carrot or other veggie Dinner: Not sure yet. ****I had 1/2 c brown rice 1 c bean veggie stuff Snacks: not sure of first snack, 1/3 c unpopped kernals, popped & topped w /1 T coconut oil ****I did not do well at all with my snacks. I had 5 funsize candy bars, 1/2 a regular size Hershey bar and a bowl of ice cream Exercise: I will walk at least two miles |
