| Openly Declaring Jesus |

10:32 So every one who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven Using a Lexicon, I expanded the passage, "Whoever shall openly declare, speak out freely, profess themselves a worshiper of me, praise or celebrate me in the presence of, or in the sight of men, I will also declare openly, and not deny before my Father who is in heaven." How do we do that? Is that just before a church crowd or before all men? How does that confession take place? Is it just our example or does what we say have something to do with it? What about schools or businesses that make it a rule not to talk religion? What about social custom that says we should not talk religion in "polite" company? What about the sports star or actor who openly thanks Jesus when receiving an award? |
