Well you know Joey girl, I love beasts, dogs, cats, and even guinea mouses (what Jim called Gideon before he went on to be with Jesus and the best hamster wheel ever!)

Jim talks for Sphincter and Sugaree and Rahab our remaining pets. Sphinc is 170 lbs and Jim just said the other day, Sphincter loves his mommy and daddy and Sugaree and Rahab and Jesus too, in a 5 year old Red Skelton voice. I love it.

They bring out the child in us.

Sphincter is nearly 6 but still chews stuff up. Sugaree is 11 and really just has a shrill seal like voice that makes you get out of bed too early sometimes. I used to shower with my rabbit Boom (he was a dutch hollander and named after Corrie ten Boom's dad Casper since he was male), he loved my walk in shower.

I love you, off to see my grands.

Jim named him before getting saved, Cathedralfolk. The muscle to control. I wasn't married to him then. I always choose biblical names. Rahab is my cat, Gideon, mighty man of valor, was my hamster. Moses's parents Amram and Jochebed were my lovebirds, Esther and Haddessah were guinea pigs mom and daughter. Amos and Magdelene and Esau and Bartamaeus were other guinea pigs and a cat named Abraham, friend of God; Moses was another bird I rescued. My next pet is going to be Jubilee no matter what it is. Jim says I can't have another pet, have to rename one I have. Sugaree was named by my son, from a grateful dead song. She gets Sugar most of the time and is jet black including her tongue due to the chow in her.

I got a terror named Coco. He seems to be a harmless little Toy Poddle, but put on some house shoes or try wearing some socks in the house and then there's war! He is so much fun. I want to take him kayaking, but his mom won't let me. She says if something happens to me, well that's ok. But if something happens to Coco.....!

Never thought I would be singing the praises of a puppy, but our "new" pup is pretty endearing. She even had puppies of her own ~2 weeks ago. Hooray for Mar.

Sis Cece,
I think you have nailed it on the head.  God has blessed me with my animals and His love just flows through them to me... but He loves on me in with the wind, and the softness of my cotton t-shirt, the smell of my grandson's hair and especially through the people in my life.

He is so big and so abundant and so rich.  I love Him!

God is holding me together.  If He were not, I would have shattered into a million pieces the last few months.    I did, before.  I won't now, because I love Him and I trust Him, with everything and everyone.

I know I'm loved.  I'm secure and bound by His love.

Praise the Lord Joey, You have Victory in Jesus. This is for you and your.
God's love in the Bible: Psalm 23
The most famous Psalm in all of the Bible: "The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want...." It's a perfect picture of God's love for His children, providing for their needs, keeping them safe from predators, and guiding them away from danger
23:1 A Psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want; 23:2 he makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters; 23:3 he restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me. 23:5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of my enemies; thou anointest my head with oil, my cup overflows. 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Psalm 23:4 Or through the darkest valley.

Hi Maureen!  I've missed you!!

Yes, they nose their way into our hearts.  I've been sick and Maddie has stayed by my side.  Marley runs in and checks on me.  She's been napping with me too.  I know how much you love your dog

They are amazing.
