Here's the plan: Friday, November 6, 2009 Breakfast: 1/2 c uncooked oatmeal, 3/4 c water, 1/4 c walnuts, 1/2 c lowfat milk Lunch: 1 slice homemade ww bread w/2 oz lowfat cheese Dinner: Not sure yet. ****2 c. corn chowder Snacks: 1/4 c toasted walnuts, 1/3 c unpopped kernals, popped & topped w /1 T coconut oil ****I skipped the popcorn 'cause the chowder was so good. So I had 2 c. corn chowder and a small frosty form Wendy's. I should have skipped the Frosty. That was overeating for me. Exercise: I will walk at least two miles
