Here's the plan: Saturday, November 7, 2009 Breakfast: 1/2 c uncooked oatmeal, 3/4 c water, 1/4 c walnuts, 1/2 c lowfat milk Lunch: 1 slice homemade ww bread w/2 T almond butter Dinner: Not sure yet. **** Snacks: 1/4 c toasted nuts, 1/3 c unpopped kernals, popped & topped w /1 T coconut oil Exercise: I will walk at least two miles |
