This past weekend I was listening to some music I hadn't listened to in quite a while. The lyrics really hit home reminding me of how weebly woobly we can be.

I've recently heard it stated that God isn't black and white. He allows some room for fudging. I think that's a cop out. I think God is black and white. Something is the truth or it isn't. However we do not see as clearly as God and therefore black and white become muddled. We cannot look upon someone's heart and see the reason for a decision and sometimes we can't even trust our own heart. We bounce between the boundaries (as in the song above) as we try to intrepret the things that come at us in life. We struggle with decisions and because we can't figure out what the "right" answer is, begin to assume there isn't one. So we settle in thinking good thing God loves us anyways, stop seeking the Truth and settle happily at home in undecided between right and wrong.
