I've never read any of his books.  Have you?

Yeah.  There was a period of time after I met my wife where she got me hooked on Dean Koontz, which then "progressed" to Stephen King.  I haven't read tons of his stuff and there is still one book of his I want to read.  The one that contained the short story that was the basis for "The Shawshank Redemption."  That's one of those movies I thought had a great message (hidden behind a couple... tell me I didn't just see that moments) a few years ago, and now I wonder if I would go back and think the same thing.

Of course I love listening to Morgan Freeman's voice, so I might be alright. :)

I'm way off track, but I think I got your question answered.

Norm,
I just listened to one of Koont's Odd Thomas books, called Odd Monk. Really a good listen, makes me want ot listen to some of the others.

Have you read any of his other stuff?  The one issue I had with Koontz was about 4 or 5 books in I had a pretty good idea how the majority of the story was going to go.  There were exceptions to the rule and I read a bunch more anyways.

Yep, I was listenning to 5 to 10 books on tape a week when I lived in Indianapolis. I'm listening to more podcasts now, Michael Card, Family Life Today, Focus on The Family, just added Living on the Edge with Chip Ingram, breakaway from texas A&M, and truth for Life with Alistair Begg. After that it's mostly ESPN radio!

I think I sent you the list I had a while back. :)

I've fallen behind this week (well the fact that I added a couple didn't help).  It's showing 50 hours of content downloaded in the last week.  Meanwhile it's showing I've listened to 40 hours.

Ken Davis (and Lighten Up) is one you should add.  2 minutes, tremendously funny and usually a good message to boot.
