| Hospital Bed Hospitality for Pugs |

Each afternoon, I will generally "pass out" for an hour or two. I have a hospital-type bed with a really soft gel pad that covers the mattress for pressure relief in an attempt to prevent pressure sores on my skin. The minimal amount of moving around that I do is physically tiring and just "thinking" while surfing the web is mentally exhausting. Hence my "crash" just about every afternoon.
The other day was no different but this time my daughter grabbed my camera and snapped a few pictures of me while napping. One trait I have and partially due to my hearing loss is that I sleep right through atomic bomb blasts and major earthquakes. So when my two pugs decide to hop up on the bed and find a nice comfy spot to take a snooze with me, they can position themselves in just about any location on me and not wake me up.
Here is Mito on top of me, queen of the mountain (my big belly), and Mel resting peacefully below pinning my arm to the bed. My right hand is on the mattress heater control and you can see my manual chair and the powerchair's joystick controller off to the left and straight up from my nose.
What a motley scene this is...
