I love how you said," I am so grateful that the bond we share in the Spirit of Christ knows no distance, no distinction of race or age or language, and no denominational walls."

You have my prayers and my heart. Please let us know, only to confirm what we know, that she is healed!

I've taken some time on my knees for Martha, your Aunt and the rest of the family.  God bless them all through this time.  May this challenge be used for His glory.  The Lord already knows how this will all turn out.  I pray they will all have the strength needed for the journey.  Bless you all!

Lord, please be with Martha M.  I ask that You speed her recovery, that You comfort her and all those around her, and that you use this situation for Your glory.  For anything I didn't know to ask, Lord, please fill in the blanks.

Thanks for listening,

Amen

Father, we approach Your throne with thanksgiving and praise.

Asking that you hear the need of all your childrens.   But now we come on behalf of Marth as well as her family, friends, and everyone who cares for her,  We know that "by your stripes we are healed...."  We all are in agreement in praying for the same cause, and believe already in our hearts and minds that you are going to give healing, peace, solice, to all.

Bless the family and show them by your grace, through their faith that you are indeed the God of all, and the greatest Physician.........

In Christs Holy Name We pray believeing...........Trinigy~~~

No news yet.  I promise to provide updates as I get them.

The bigger battle is 'behind the scenes' in the spiritual realm.

UPDATE AUGUST 28:

Just heard from my folks that Marty was moved from Direct Observation to a surgical ward.  She still faces more surgery on her right leg below the knee.  She still has five pins sticking out holding the temporary supports in place.  No new surgery can be scheduled until there is more healing in this leg.

Marty is still in a lot of pain because her right leg was fractured near the knee cap, and the entire area around the knee is still very swollen. Her left leg is in a cast below the knee, including the ankle.  She has motion and feeling in the toes on both feet.

The doctors are expecting her to go through a very lengthy rehabilitation process to learn to walk again.  She cannot be accepted into a rehabilitative care facility, though, until she can move herself in and out of a wheelchair, to/from bed.

Marty's husband, Darrel, is up and around and driving.  His spleen was torn, but not ruptured, and should heal on its own in time.

Thank you for all yuor prayers and encouragement.  I know sometimes God chooses to heal someone miraculously and instantaneously.  For some reason, that hasn't happened yet, for my cousin.  Sometimes it is harder, walking through the daily challenges (like learning to sit up in bed by yourself), and facing each day one moment at a time.  In this difficult time, I ask you to continue to pray.

Please pray for my cousin to have courage and be encouraged throughout this process.  Please pray for her and her family to stay strong in hope.  Please pray for God to remove the swelling and relieve the pain.  Please thank God for sparring her and Darryl's lives and giving her motion in the toes.  And please continue to pray for a real miracle of healing, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Thank you, and thank God!
