A few years ago, I was shopping for a new car. I found one that I really liked alot, took it for a test drive, oh it was like riding on a cloud. So I told myself, this is the car for me. So to the bank I went to borrow the money bo purchase the car.
I had just gotten out of Med School and was in Internship at a hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Not known to anyone, but very happy to be out of Med School and starting my final stage before I could begin my own practice.
At any rate, since no one in the town knew me, and my credit was actually impecable, the loan was turned down. My dream car, I couldn't get. But I knew in my heart it was for a reason....that God had something else in mind for me. I took God at His word.
A week later, I learned that the Automobile I was going to purchase had been in an accident. It would have not been a good thing for me to have. God knew this before I did, and therefore HE seen to it that my loan would not go through and I would not purchase that car.
You see, in a silly way, a way that Christ wrote, but not as good, I told you the story in a manner that we all could relate to. You see when God closes one door He opens another. I did get an automobile, but this one was brand new.
God always answers our prayers. Sometimes it is a plain "no," we may not like the answer, but we must accept the fact that God knows what is in store for us, or what is good or not good for us, so He gives us the answer "NO."
He, when we pray for others, (intercessary prayer) God answers those. Why? because they are not selfish prayers but prayers on behalf of others. But nonetheless, God always answers our prayers. No, not yet, Yes...............depending on what He sees we need or do not need.
I am a Prayer Warrior, and a Prophetess, so I know what God's demands are. although I am those things, I am not perfect. There is none righteous no not one......But God sent his son to a sinful world so that sinful people could accept His Son's sacrifice on the Cross, and have life Eternal................Yours In Christ
