This past week CNN aired a three night special titled God's Warriors. In this series the major three religions in the world that have Abraham in common were examined. Judaism, Islam and Christianity. The killing and violence was extremely sad especially since most of it was done in the name of God.

It was very sad to see what many people around the world do in the name of God. I am so thankful that Jesus taught us that His kingdom is not of this world. He has come to offer eternal life to all who believe in Him.
As the special showed so many innocent people suffering in the name of religion. How sad, Jesus came to bring hope and life to the world,not hate and violence. The sinfulness of man causes him to twist even the most precious things, even our faith in God. We can't force anyone to follow God nor would He want us to.
Our job is to get the message out of a loving Savior who came and died in our place so we could find life.
11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
What is so sad is how many times we drop the ball in getting the true message of Christ out.We as christians have the answer,of hope & love as opposed to hate and violence but often keep it to ourselves.
