After finally selling our house in Toledo the day before Thanksgiving after waiting six months in Florida without our own place, my wife and I were overwhelmed. We took a significant financial loss to get out of the market in Toledo.  The ironic thing was that the people who were buying our house were the same ones who in May of 2006 signed a contract with us the day before we moved to Florida.  We thought surely God had called us to come to Florida because the market is so slow in Toledo that there could be no way our house would sell that quickly.  Well, in only four days, the contract fell through because the buyers did not want to pay that original price.  Disillusioned and disappointed, that event sent us wandering in the "wilderness" of staying with our extended families for six months.  Mind you, our family is not small.  My wife and I have four kids!  This made life extremely difficult.  When the house finally closed in OHio, God challenged me to write this same couple - who had put us in this wandering predicament - a blessing!  So, I obeyed and sent them a letter of blessing with the closing documents!  After looking on and off at the housing market for six months, I was now ready to buy!!!!  But oh, the sticker shock!  To even rent one new home in East Milton I looked at would be $1000 for only 1300 sq feet.  Imagine my shock when a week later, my father-in-law came busting through the door of his house where we were staying and said, "I've found it!  I've found it!"  On a bike ride in a nearby neighborhood off a tiny side street, he stumbled upon a 2500 sq foot home renting for only $800 a month... and to boot, it backs up to the thirteenth tee at Tanglewood Country Club!  In a market that is glutted with houses that are more expensive than where we came from, ONLY God could provide such a spacious place to live for our big family at such a cost effective price that will help us recover financially!  ONLY God could do that.  Our new address is 5774 Truluck, but I have nicknamed our place 5774 TruLord!

     What burden or obstacle seems insurmountable to you today?  Know that if Christ is your Master and Shepherd, He will lead you, too, to green pastures and provide for you need!  Indeed, He is the True Lord, who is able to do immeasurably more than all we can ask or think!  Thank YOu, Father!  Receive all the honor and praise and glory for what You ALONE did!  You will be our forever TruLord!
