13:5 [Let your] conversation [be] without covetousness; [and be] content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord [is] my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
This is my life verse. God has called me to be a missionary. This verse says not to fear what man will do to you. Therfore, no matter what life throws my way, I know that God has got my back. I can guarantee you that there is no one on the face of the earth who can beat God at anything .They may think that they can fool God, but in all reality they are only fooling themselves. I go to a public school and I know what it is like to be made fun of and ridiculed for what you believe in, but the Bible says that God will never leave me nor forsake me. That means that no matter what people might say, He is always there to comfort me and encourage me! Don't let what people say and do get you discouraged, God is with you if you are truly one of His children! |
