Dave,
I think you can withdraw from anything that focuses you in ways that aren;t where God has called you. Sometimes too, He moves us from one thing that has been good, to another thing that is our calling. I also think that, in my experience, the familiar gets in the way of movement. Maybe it;s the familiar in NA that is trying to hold on, at the expense of the new and scary? Just a thought. Keep praying and serving in TH, God has wanted to move again for a while. Maybe it;s time for another Jesus People type movement. I;ll bet you could take this message to campus and they'd respond.

Dave,
I love it when twice within days I hear someone reference a scripture....I like to believe that is one of the ways the Shepherd sorta taps on my shoulder.  I was at lunch with a friend Thurs. who was talking about Acts 2:42-44, she was telling me about how years ago there was a couple who invited her to every morning meet for prayer and alittle breakfast....she has carried this on at her church and they pray for their little congregation and whatever the Lord leads.  She said sometimes there are only 5 people and that particular morning there were only 2....but still she is blessed by that.
Pray about it but being a widow I also don't always wait for people to call me or make invitations, you may not be surprised at the people who are also feeling like they could use some fellowhip in between Sun.
My church has started having small groups and we meet in peoples homes once during the week and eat supper together and worship , pray.  Perhaps you could approach your pastor or an elder in your church about something like that.
I think the Shepherd is tapping your shoulder, I think is taking you in the direction of your calling.
Bless you and oh by the way congratulations on you dopelessness!!!

Thanks Dennis, Thanks Bonita.  We do have some home groups starting up.  I also have more and more Junkies who have been set free at my house

Thanks for the support.  I know  There is a history of witchcraft in Terre Haute, but I know that in Christ is the victory.
