The Holy Spirit and I had already been working on one so we started a test run and soon many more wanted it - the ones doing it right now are studying the book of Revelation by the way thats the hardest one and Genesis in particular chapter 32 I think where Jacob Wrestles with the angel

and His name is changed to israel this fits with Rev 12 and Rev 2 and 3 the overcomer

I have been asked to as we are close to closing this book as a bible school and not revisit it

for a few years (When You do again it will be so much easier and You will get so much out of it)

to share a bit about Revelation

Revelations almosts works 1-11 and repeating 12-22 almost but more it is like a box of photos strewn on the floor depicting different events - the key is the Bible interprets itself a woman in the NT refers to the church therefore in Rev that is not going to change and become Israel

Rev is written by John who was on teh isle of patmos after they tried to boil him in oil he wouldnt die so they poked his eyes out and left them exiled during that time His best Friend Jesus

visits him and and instead of having tea and cookies John encounters teh Living God

Jesus as Alpha and Omega in the greek its written like someone on a drug trip like his mind is being blown -Im melting the walls are breathing - He can barely scrabble on paper what He is seeing it is so blowing his grid the guy is tripped out

Jesus tells him about the 7 churches - 7 the number of completion - its speaks of 7 kinds of churches around right now - its speaks of the 7 church ages the last being laodecia ours

to each church Jesus reveals to them taht he is just what they need - he tailors who he is

to each church your hurting your beatup up but i am this too you

2 is the number of witness - again scripture will interpret scripture

Deu 19:15 One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established

2Co 13:1 This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.

so what are the symbols satans starts out a snake in genesis in revelation hes grown into a dragon

Rev 2:26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

we already see the overcomer in Rev 2 why would it be different in 12 it wouldnt

Reading books most of the books are wrong and this is why - many are willing to fight to death about their view their is 4 kinds one is symbolic - their is truth to this
one is historic the events all ready happened their is truth to that as well
the 4th is called futuristic that is like most evangelical church is raptured antichrist comes
and kills jews and tribulation Saints there is truth to this as well the problem is some are so taken with traditions
they are worthless unless they really stick to scriptures there is levels of this
some really get the symbols but do away with the real like the jewish people
have nothing to do with the endtime scenario they have a major part and if you dont understand romans 11 you will not understand it and You will distort it most leaders dont dare touch this book

so have you heard the story of the blind men feeling the elephant and one says they have a
body like a snake anoth one says it is like a palm leaf anothe like a table leg

they were all touching the elephant just not the whole thing

so some see the symbols and nail them others the wars and lands and futuristic events
others the historic events foreshadowed for instance in the book of Daniel it tells about about

a future world ruler who would bring a false peace one did come antiochus who partially fullfilled

that prophecy the historicist would say he fullfilled it

so the best i would recommend for books is James mckeever , Jim Spillman, Dan juster keith intraters trilogy Robert Thompson Marv Rosenthal one group that really has a amazing take on it right now is IHOP and Mike Bickle
