Dear Lord,
I want to lift up my neighbors to you at this difficult time. Lord the dad overdosed on drugs, leaving behind two grown daughters. Lord you know the circumstances and you are in control. But my heart is broken, because about 5 years ago th daughters mom hung herself in their home. Lord I pray that you would bind the enemy from both of the daughters. Lord surround them with your never failing love. Surround them with your protection and allow my family and I to share the love of Christ with them during this difficult time. Lord heal my heart and my wounds. I have know this family since third grade. I grew up with these two daughters. Suicide is growing in numbers and it breaks my heart, but I know that this is only temporary and that you Lord are forever. I lift up this whole situation, knowing that your will and your purpose will be done. Amen. |
