| Prayer Request |

Hello Everyone, Things are shaky, if that's a good word. My dad came off the ventilator on Tuesday and that was amazing news. Since on Saturday all we heard from the doctors and staff was that my dad couldn't breathe on his own, he wasn't going to make it....Just all of these horrible things. I'm just going to make a prayer request that if you could please pray for my dad he is going to undergo surgery. They are doing a TIPS procedure where they invasively insert a stent into his liver. His body has a lot of complications and we are praying and hoping that he makes it through surgery. It will be for 9:00am tommorow morning 9/6/07. If this procedure doesn't work then he will have to await for a liver transplant. We are going to contact Loma Linda Center for transplants to see where my dad is on the list for the transplant. He applied two years ago. I will be leaving CA, not by choice, because I have been out of a job for a while and I have to start paying bills that are getting behind, my sister is pregnant and her and her husband can't stay for the same reason (financial), The only people my mom has to help is my brother and little 13 year old sister to run their restaurant. My brother has his own job so I also pray that my mom can find a reliable cook for the restaurant. I have helped for one month and it is extremely exhausting and I'm only 24 yrs. old. My mom has diabetes and HBP and she is going through this situation. So I need prayer for her as well. I can't stand the fact that I have to leave this weekend, so it is hard for me to swallow all of the info the doctors have shared plus see my mom and know that I can't be here to help her. I can only rely on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My pastor sent me an encouraging verse. Romans 8:31-39 it is giving me hope while I feel the world is crushing down on me. I hope I don't sound ridiculous but I don't know where else to turn to but Jesus. The more prayers the better I feel. God says where there are two or more gathered there I will be. He is always interceding for us. Thank you to anyone who prays for us. Thanks also to Scott, Nicole, Monica, Kina, Sarah, Leah, Elise, for sending those knee mails to my mychurch space. It was very encouraging. |

18:19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Father, we thank you for your promises! I stand in agreement with Cellina during this difficult and trying time for her family, giving you thanks for the wisdom of the Doctors and I speak healing and life to her father in Yahshua/Jesus, the name you placed above sickness and disease.
We thank you that the Comforter attends this family at all times, bringing peace to the turmoil. We thank you for resting their minds and spirits, for your healing touch over every family member, both physical and emotional. I thank you for sending your people to surround this family with your love and your hope, that they may know you are with them at all times.
Father, bless this family with strength, peace and hope in the days ahead. Thank you for knitting them together in love. In The name of Father, Yahveh The Son Yahshua, And The Holy Spirit, Amen.
I will continue to pray for you and your family, Cellina! Blessings, Birdie |
