Today is just another typical day - teaching ASL classes at Madison Christian School
Trying to catch up on "paperwork" - yuck, I'm not a "pencil-pusher" but will do what I can to get them out of the way! Am glad that the NCCD convention went well! (www.nccdeaf.org)
Am looking forward to next years convention (Jacksonville, Florida August 28-31, 2008)
Thinking about going to the Deaf Leadership Retreat out in Council Bluffs, Iowa with Deaf Missions. It's a four day retreat (Thursday to Sunday) so am not sure if can afford to go or able to take the time to go. I know it is important to continue to learn and grow so that I can be able to help others learn and grow too. Think the retreat is the second weekend of October.
Lots of VP calls and continuing the paperwork.
Looking forward to tomrrow - COGA is meeting (Central Ohio Gaming Association) so this will help get a lot of stuff off my mind for a couple of hours.
Well - think Ill head home and spend some time with the family.
Any paperwork left can wait until Monday! (yuck)
