I told Teresa about the "Godmobile" testimony Sunday and she said I should have entitled it Four Degrees of Separation. I praise God for the testimony of Dennis who shared his true conversion experience at 21 and the sad reality that he did not share his faith until 31 because he was challenged at a church that puts people in "uncomfortable" positions like the Godmobile*. Dennis met Tom at the Fair where thousands of people came for fun and revelry. Tom confessed that he came for the latter, particularly to get drunk. He had an unexpected encounter as the Holy Spirit drew him to the GM where Dennis and others sat (see I Cor.2:1-3). Dennis shared Jesus with Tom, but Tom wasn't ready, but promised to come to church the next day. Surprisingly, Tom showed up at church the next day where he did accept Christ as Savior. Weeks later Tom had to spend time in jail for something he had done a little while back before his conversion. Andy then visited Tom and discipled him for 8 months, as they met once a week. Andy met Tom's parents, who have now been in church for close to 8 months. ---This is a true story of some people doing what God called them to do. They were little things that turned into big things. ---Have you risked relationship lately?
