I was at work today and a good friend of mine walked up at the beginning of his shift and says to me, "Here we are." Then I said to him "Are we here?" We both Paused for a few seconds......
Now Im going to pause for a bit and tell you all. Today I was feeling terrible. In fact I’ve been feeling not so good for a couple days. It was one of those days I wished I could just get back in bed until the next day. I toughed it out and went to work. and as the rest of this will tell you, Im glad I went to work.
Back to our story...Then we both basically said to each other, No we are not here. As we went on talking about Who we are in Christ and how we are Seated in heavenly Places.Ephesians 2:6 And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,... I Just forgot how I was feeling and stopped having a pity party because I was not feeling so good. I tried to camp out in BLAAA Land and just one small reflection back and forth with my Brother In the Lord and My whole perspective changed.
Our pastor is teaching about how we are better together. There is something to be said when we come together. Be it two, three or more. Getting alone with God is important but just sticking to yourself can be dangerous.
Going through the day I had other friends at work that asked how I was feeling and that they are praying for me. God Just knows how to do what he does. By sending other believers to lift me up as he sends me to do the same. Ecclesiastes 4:9-109 Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: 10 If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up!
So I ask you all this. How can I pray for you guys. I do not care how many respond, be it a thousand people all over Mychurch, or one. I know the Lord had me to ask if even for that one. If you don’t mind others praying then just respond as a comment to this post. If its personal it can come directly to me when you look On my profile page you can click on "send message" on the right side of the page. That way will be non public.
I pray All is well with you and your households.
In His and Your Service,
