| The Vision of Love |

About a month ago, I wrote a blog called "The Act of Love" describing how the sacrifice of Christ was the greatest "act" of love that there ever was. Since that day, God has been put a topic for the next blog on my heart...."The Vision of Love".
The Bible states that without vision the people shall perish. If we look around at the world today, then we can see hundreds of thousands of people with no vision. They live thier life everyday without a reason...without a purpose. So, there they are just fading away into history along with other souls of men and women who have died with no vision. If one would just take a moment to think on this, then they may find themselves saddened by the thought of all of these people dying without a purpose.
I would like to bring your focus to the "church" of America in this day of age. If you were saddened by the thought of thousands of souls dying without a purpose in life, then you will be extremely saddened by the realization that many of these people can be found in the "church" of America. These are people who, even though they sit in the seats and can be accounted for as part of the congregation, they have yet to catch on to the vision that God has set for each one of us.
Every man and woman's purpose and destiny in Christ is a different path; however if we truly believe that we are chosen by God, then we are heading toward the same vision...the vision of love. This is the vision that God had when He sent His one and only Son to earth to become a sacrifice for us. The vision is that all men, women and children would have everlasting life through Christ. This goes back to the very beginning when God created the heavens and the earth and mankind. His whole purpose was that we would have an everlasting life with Him. That isthe vision of God's love for mankind.
So now, we go back to the realization that mankind is on a pathway without vision and without purpose. Let's say that you are one of these people who are searching for that vision for your life. If you do not catch any other visions in life, then you need to catch the one vision that matters. For this is the vision that will change the souls of men and women on this planet. Take hold of the vision of love that God has declared and run with it. Mold it into your families, your friends, your schools, your jobs, your churches....your life. And see God's vision for mankind come to past.
If you would like to accept God's vision of love for the very first time, all you have to do is cry out to Jesus and tell Him that you love Him and need Him. Tell Him that you realize that He came to this earth to be that sacrifice for the salvation of mankind and that you want to be part of God's vision of love. Then put your trust in God and He will guide you down the road to fulfill His vision.
3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
