Good Morning!! I am excited to see people joining from IFC! Please get the word out about this site!
Here's my plan for the day: Breakfast: 2 slices toast w/2 T. almond butter Lunch: 2 oz. cheese, 5 calamata olives, 5 c. lettuce, 12 baby carrots, 1/2 cucumber sliced onto my salad, 1 T. dressing Dinner: 2 c. Stir fry w/ ground beef & 1 whole wheat pancake Snacks: Kashi bar, Mango treat (1 c. plain creamline yogurt, 1 t. vanilla, 1 serving stevia, about 1 cup frozen mango) |
