Here's the food plan for today:
Breakfast: 2 whole wheat pancakes and 1 cup yogurt Lunch: 5 c. lettuce, 5 calamata olives, 2 oz cheese, 1/2 cuke sliced, 12 baby carrots ***I did not have any cucumber b/c we were out of them I did have two slices of apple from one of our trees. Dinner: Don't know yet, we are going back to the fair later today. I am not sure if we are eating there or here. If we are eating here it will be chicken and some veggies, & acorn squash. If the fair I have no idea yet. I ended up having 1/2 a steak & cheese w/peppers & onions and 1/5 of a jumbo fry that I shared with my family. Snacks: 1/2 apple crisp at the fair (my favorite!) w/ice cream & whipped cream I added popcorn as that I was hungry. I pop it dry in a microwave popper, spray a little olive oil on & salt it.
I will update later with what I really ate...So that is what I really ate! ;-) |
