Please continue to agree for my speedy recovery; I am still not feeling so great. Congestion, dizzyness, body aches, nausea (no vomiting, PRAISE THE LORD). I am getting ready to head back to bed. Here's the plan for today:
Breakfast: 2 whole wheat pancakes w/ 2 T almond butter Lunch: 1 c. yogurt, 1 c. fruit, 1 bisquit Dinner: 1 c. spaghetti & meat sauce Snacks: I will update this later. *** popcorn w/ 1 T coconut oil x 2 |
