Well, I actually feel human today. Praise the Lord! I am still a little weak from being sick for so long, but I am sure that within a few days that I will be totally back to normal. Here's my plan for the day: Breakfast: 2 slices toast w/ 2 T almond butter Lunch: 2 oz cheese, popcorn w/ 1T. Coconut oil, apple We were out of apples. Dinner: 1 serving chicken pot pie Snacks: 1 c. frozen grapes & mmmm, I am not sure what yet. ***popcorn w/ 2 t. coconut oil |
