Thanks Charlene, Mulletman

Mike I couldn't help but think about one of your posts about swingin for the fence when it comes to prayer.  It's awful easy to say I'm gonna swing away then lay down a bunt.

I hear ya!  Amen.  We can't always look at the natural, otherwise where does faith come in???

Good call Dave.  I would be right by your side say questioning the wisdom of calling dry bones to life.  Praise God we can do all things through Him, even calling dry bones to new life in Christ.

Thanks Lara and Glenn;  First I have to learn to move my lips to for the Words God wants me to speak.

But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” ~Matthew 19:26

Dave, you are maturing in the Lord by leaps and bounds!  By your humble approach and willingness to allow God to use you, your testimonies and steps of faith are an encouragement to all!  Excellent insight into God's word today!  Continue to seek God's face and study His Word!

re:prayer... the recent situation with my pastor's wife losing her baby, and the prayer meeting where we prayed for them, completely changed the way I pray. Funny you should mention it again, Dave. It was pretty huge for me too!

I love that post Mike, and Shannon I can't say how encouraging you've been as well a Prue.  Maybe as I grow I'll learn to pray what the first impression is before I logic it to death.
