Well, I have been so blessed by all the wonderful feedback from my blog yesterday. Today seems almost anticlimatic! ;-) Well, all I have time for now is posting my food for the day. Here's my food plan: Breakfast: 1 slice of whole wheat toast (large loaf) and 1 T + 1 t almond butter Lunch: 2 1/2 c. mushroom potato soup & popcorn w/ 2 t. coconut oil Dinner: chicken something, I am thinking soup--we like soup. I will update later ** Yes, chicken soup--2 1/2 cups & a slice of whole wheat bread Snacks: Kashi bar, popcorn w/ 2 t. coconut oil Exercise: I walked 2 miles today. |
