Need to clean the kitchen and correct homeschool work so only food for today:
Breakfast: organic whole grain berry scone & 8 oz goats milk Lunch: 2 1/2 cups mushroom potato soup & popcorn w/ 2 t. coconut oil Dinner: 1 cup American chop souey Snacks: Kashi bar, popcorn w/ 2 t. coconut oil
Yesteday I did not eat my bread with the chicken soup dinner and missed my popcorn snack--just busy not food restricting. It is so cool for me to forget about food long enough to miss an opportunity to eat. Just a little more freedom! |
